In order to support the success of our first store, which opened in 2015, Vapin Loud decided to create a website in 2016 that would allow us to ship internationally, allowing us to reach customers anywhere in the world. With much more room to accommodate our expanding business, we opened our second store on Tudor Parade in Eltham the following year, 2017, marking the next big step. We came to the realization in 2019 that we were still expanding.

Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return because we have a 14-day return policy. Your item must be unworn or unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, you will require the proof of purchase or receipt. You can reach us at support@daimondvapors to initiate a return. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package if your return is approved. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items: Some items, such as perishables (e.g., e-liquid, vape tanks/pods mouth tips), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and items that are not returnable are listed below.
